What you will do
- You will ensure the operational health and administration of our M365 environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
- Your provide support for all IT infrastructure, including training new employees on our collaboration tools (M365, ClickUp, Miro), keeping the knowledge database updated, and troubleshooting for all Windows & MacOS hardware, applications and services.
- You help the IT team identifying and automating day-to-day tasks to ensure that our employees, spread all over Europe, have a secure and smooth work experience every day.
- You participate and lead projects regarding IT operations development.
What we expect:
- Experience with M365 (Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint) administration.
- Excellent knowledge about Windows & MacOS
- Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Addigy, JamF,…)
- Helpdesk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support
- General knowledge of networking
- Around 3 years of work experience in the IT field
