As a project lead, you will orchestrate the seamless delivery of digital projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams. What you will do:
- Lead Projects: Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of diverse digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Client Engagement: Empathize with clients, build long-term relationships, understand their needs, act as their strategic advisor, and identify new project opportunities.
- Effective Communication: Focus on essentials, communicate transparently, and align clients, team members, and stakeholders towards a shared goal.
- Best Practices: Implement and maintain best-practice processes, delivering consistently and reliably on contractual agreements.
What we expect:
- 4+ years of professional experience working as a project manager, ideally in an agency environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in working with diverse set of stakeholders
- Track record in delivering impactful products and projects for end-users and business
- Analytical and conceptual skills, with an eye for the success critical
- Ability to deal with conflict
- Business administration, Communications, UX or technical background (is beneficial)
