What you will do:
Support our consultants in day-to-day client projects around digital optimization and transformation
Help gather and structure requirements, research findings, and project documentation
Assist in preparing presentations, workshops, and client-ready deliverables
Work with data to help uncover insights that feed into strategic recommendations
Collaborate with a cross-functional team and learn how digital strategy comes to life in practice
Bring fresh perspectives and contribute your own ideas along the way
What we expect:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business, Management, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field
A genuine interest in digital business, consulting, or data — you want to understand how things work
Analytical mindset and a structured way of thinking
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Proficiency in both German and English
