Begin your journey as a Working Student at VI as Tool Operations Assistant (ClickUp) and contribute to enhancing our agency's project management processes. Become a crucial guardian of our agency's operational excellence by ensuring accurate implementation of project data. Ideally you can work at least 20 hours per week for minimum of 6 months.
What you will do:
- Configure and seamlessly transfer project data in ClickUp, our agency’s productivity platform.
- Proactively maintain and update data in ClickUp for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and swiftly resolve any issues to uphold impeccable standards.
- Support the project teams in ensuring adherence to newly established processes within ClickUp.
What we expect:
- You are currently pursuing a university degree.
- You are proficient in handling web applications.
- You demonstrate a strong dedication to accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have a very high quality awareness.
- You are quickly adapting to new tools and technologies, embracing a proactive learning approach.
- You have experience in configuring and transferring data within ClickUp or similar tools.
- You can support us approximately 20 hours per week remote within Germany or in one of our German offices in Freiburg or Munich.
- Previous work experience in agencies is a plus.
